Shipping Rates

Europe and UK shipping rates are 10 Euros per package.

International shipping is 15 Euro.

There is FREE shipping when you spend 200 Euro or more per order.

Shipping and Delivery

We use UPS or registered mail to ship all packages, you will recieve an email with tracking details, when your package has been dispatched. If its a case you don´t recieve these details please contact us directly at jk@jenniferkinnear.com Please ensure there is somebody at the address for recieving the delivery.

If your piece is in stock we will send items out within a few days of purchase. We will send a confirmation email if your piece will take longer than a few days to send out and you can decide if you want to wait or not. If not we can make the refund.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for missing packages after they have been signed for. We will however track packages if they have been delayed or lost by the UPS or the postal system.

We can ship to a different address than the billing address, just state this when ordering. Unfortunately, because of the unique nature of our service, we do not accept CODs, nor can we ship to post office (P.O.) boxes.
