Delivery and Shipping

If the piece is in stock we send items out within a few days of purchase, but it can take up to 21 days as everything is handmade. We will send a confirmation email if your piece will take longer than a few days to send out. We use registered mail to ship all packages, so please make sure somebody is there to sign for your package. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for missing packages after they have been signed for. We will however track packages if they have been delayed or lost by the postal system. We can ship to a different address than the billing address, just state this when ordering. Unfortunately, because of the unique nature of our service, we do not accept CODs, nor can we ship to post office (P.O.) boxes.



Your Jewellery will be packaged in a stylish black jewelry box that has our ‘JK’ logo on it. It also will come with a little insert card, telling you about JK and how to care for your pieces.



We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web. If you have selected Paypal as your method of payment, you will be redirected to their site during checkout. If you need more information, please visit www.paypal.com. If you do not have a PayPal account or do not want to open one, we will take a cheque, or we can give you our bank details for a bank transfer. Please contact me by email for bank details or make all cheques payable to Jennifer Kinnear. Unfortunately we do not accept credit card or laser payments directly.


If you receive your jewellery and it's not what you expected, damaged or you're unhappy with it for any reason, you can return it unworn and in perfect condition to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You MUST notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue a Refund Authorization Number to you via email. Please include this with your returned piece. We cannot refund any postal charges, so the amount you will be refunded is minus the postage fee, this includes items posted ‘free post’ when ordering (so less about - €6.50 (Eire/UK) up to about €12.00 for other countries). Pierced earrings unfortunately cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Rings ordered to specific sizes and Sale Jewellery are also non-refundable. Please be sure to send your return by registered mail as we cannot be responsible for goods lost while being returned. Be sure to include your contact details.

Special Requests

If there is a particular date you need your piece for, please include this in the message section at the checkout, we will do our best to get it out to you on time. Or if there is a certain stone you would like, it may be possible for us to make your piece using it, please email us directly for this service. There may be an extra charge depending on the stone, so we can except direct payments via cheque or credit card over the phone. If you want a gift receipt included with your order, please write "Gift Receipt" in the "message" section at the checkout.
